Ordering Online
How do I place an order?
Ordering with Plus Point Cricket is very simple:
• Browse our website and choose the products you want to buy.
• If you are buying items like a cricket bat, select the required options (e.g. weight/size) from the product page.
• Click “Add to Cart” after selecting your options.
• Go to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
• You can then log in, register a new account, or continue as a guest.
• Enter your billing and shipping details and complete your payment.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
What if I have trouble ordering online?

How will I know if my order is received?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
How can I check my order status?
You can log in to your account and check the Orders section to view the latest status of your order.

Your order number will be sent to your email after purchase. If you have an account, you can also find it in your order history.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may be able to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or live chat.
How can I change my personal details?

I forgot my password. What should I do?

What currency do you use?
All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds).
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 3 PM (weekdays) are usually dispatched the same day. We mainly use trusted couriers such as DPD and Royal Mail.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details will be available in your account once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free UK delivery may be available for orders over a certain amount (please check shipping page for details).
Returns
How long do I have to return items?
You can return items within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in original packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the returned item.
Who pays return postage?
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Cricket Product Information
My cricket bat is broken. What should I do?
Please contact us. We will inspect the bat and may need to consult the manufacturer. Refunds depend on usage and condition.
How do I choose the right bat size?
Bat size depends mainly on height. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
Why do bat prices differ?
Prices depend on willow grade and quality. Higher-grade bats offer better performance and durability.
Do I need to prepare my bat before use?
Yes, natural willow bats require oiling and knocking-in before match use to improve durability and performance.
