We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or partial refunds for products that are later reduced in promotional sales.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders
Please note:
- Personalised items (including teamwear and customised cricket bats) cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once processed.
- Services such as knocking-in or bat preparation also make the product non-refundable.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing an order.
4. Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by their country for international orders.
5. Discount & Coupon Codes
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
- Certain promotions (e.g. Black Friday, seasonal sales) may exclude additional discount codes.
6. Teamwear Terms
- Teamwear orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Small variations in sizing (up to 1 inch) may occur.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only and final products may slightly vary.
- Substitutions may be made with similar quality products if items are out of stock.
- Personalised teamwear items are non-returnable once worn, washed, or tags removed.
- Free delivery offers may not apply to all teamwear orders.

- Standard orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days (subject to stock availability).
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
